**Job Description**

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that welded and fabricated products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role combines hands-on TIG welding and fitting knowledge with thorough inspection practices to identify weld defects, verify compliance with drawings and weld maps, and support continuous improvement on the production floor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect welded and fabricated components to verify they meet quality standards, specifications, and applicable procedures.
+ Perform detailed visual inspections of welds to identify defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, lack of fusion, and other discontinuities.
+ Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to confirm that parts are produced to the correct dimensions and tolerances.
