Responsibilities

• Ensure th at receiving material is manufactured to Candu Energy approved drawings, specifications, procedures and Inspection Test Plans and Purchase Orders.
• Certify and date all control points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Route Sheet.
• Perform on site and field verifications and witness activities as required by the inspection and testing documents.
• Verify that all required inspection activities are complete, and the results are acceptable.
• Prepare History Docket and History File as required.
• Review and verify MTR and CMTR as per code requirements.
