We are seeking a QC Administration Assistant to join our Quality Control team at our Ellesmere Port site. This role offers an opportunity to support the effective delivery of QC activities through accurate data management, SAP system administration, and close collaboration with colleagues across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, maintain and manage quality data within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support the creation and maintenance of SAP QM master data, including inspection plans and certificates of analysis
• Manage inspection lots in SAP, including result entry and supporting usage decisions
• Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (CoA) against specifications and ensure accurate recording and filing
