Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A tertiary qualification in Fruit Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or currently pursuing studies in a related field is advantageous.
- Internal Auditing qualification and experience will be an advantage.
- Previous work experience in post-harvest fruit handling or fruit production environment will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members across different levels.
- High level of emotional maturity, with the ability to adapt and work effectively under pressure. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and numerical skills are critical for success in this role. Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage detailed information consistently.
