Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

This role will report to VP, Asia Pacific; and your will be in charge of:

  • Operation process improvement and SOP implementation
  • Existing sop analysis (reality versus theory)
  • Targeted sop with Cargowise implementation
  • SOP with the PO management system for some customers
  • Quality control, management and improvement
  • data accuracy
  • operation quality
  • customer service quality
  • customer KPI analysis and improvement
  • correction plan implementation
  • training
  • Supplier management
  • Supplier database analysis
  • Supplier classification
  • New supplier approval process
  • Tenders follow up for the main suppliers
  • Monitoring of their performance and correction plan implementation
