Audit Functions

• Plan schedule of conduct of Process/Product Audit.
• Evaluate process efficiency with reference to all applicable standards and customer specific requirements.
• Assess effectiveness of document control procedure by thoroughly reviewing approved documents and checking actual implementation and effectiveness at the Probe, Assembly and Test production lines.
• Measure consistency of implemented committed actions (corrective and preventive actions) with line familiarity and expertise.
• Lead support groups in reviewing and assessing control systems established as highlighted in process/product audits.
• Report all significant observations (in‐compliance and deviations) seen during audit and lead the concerned department to provide appropriate actions.
• Ensure that concerned departments immediately respond with appropriate actions through different means of communication. <...
