Quality Assurance (QA) / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) About the Role We are looking for a QA/BSA professional to support testing and business analysis activities for learning systems and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and working with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities QA Responsibilities (Primary) Perform end-to-end regression and functional testing Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts Execute automation tests using Playwright Track, document, and validate defects in lower and production environments Record test evidence, screenshots, and results in Jira and q Test Work with vendors to resolve testing issues quickly Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage
