Quality Assurance Assistant
Annual Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Location: Bradford
Job Type: Full-timeDay-to-day of the role:
Administer and maintain the Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS), including document control, non-conformance tracking, and corrective/preventive actions.
Support compliance with ISO standards, BRCGS, and customer-specific requirements.
Coordinate internal audits and assist with external audits and certification processes.
Monitor and report on waste, KPIs, and system performance.
Manage change control processes and ensure timely updates to procedures and work instructions.
Maintain the supplier and service provider approval and review system.
Maintain training records and support quality-related training activities.
Respond to customer information requests, including generation of packaging specifications and data entry into quality systems and databases such as Hamilton Grant, SafeFood 360, and TraceGains.Re...
