Position Description:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads efforts to improve quality and business processes throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities include management of the site quality assurance team, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities to support business and customer requirements, and assuring compliance to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee, prioritize, and guide the QA Technician and Software QA Technician roles to ensure the highest level of quality and output with software improvements, bug fixes and other implementations. This position is also required to oversee the daily operation of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) regarding both customer facing and manufacturer issues.
