1. Strictly complies with the company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.

2. Actively participates in all Sika Philippines, Inc.’s projects regarding Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Sustainability, and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.

3. Plans, coordinates, executes and monitors the timely equipment calibration for the whole Sika Philippines Inc.

• Ensure that all measuring equipment are logged in calibration register/plan.
• Ensure that all equipment being used in Operations, QC, R&D, Technical Services, and even Sales & Marketing have valid calibration.
• Ensure that calibration service providers are competent and/or certified to execute calibration thru valid and updated PAB certifications and/or equivalent.
