You will be responsible for ensuring finished wafers meet quality standards through final inspection, defect detection, and failure analysis. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer claims while overseeing inspection processes, optimizing tool recipes, and supervising OQC operators to maintain high‑quality performance.

• Perform visual and microscopic inspections on finished wafers to detect defects.
• Release, maintain, and set up recipes for inspection tools (e.g., AVI, OM, Sorter & Packing tools).
