Gpac is working with a well-established RTE food manufacturer that is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Southern Indiana.  They will relocate!

USDA/Meat experience is required!

Responsibilities:

• Implement QA policies, procedures, and directives to ensure compliance with company, customer, and government expectations, providing feedback and follow-up for corrective action.
• Participate in customer audits and annual SQF audits as needed.
• Conduct pre-shipment reviews, CCPs, validation studies, and report deficiencies for GMPs, HACCP, and SSOPs.
• Direct inspection and sampling activities to maintain continuous control over materials, facilities, and products, including specification inspections, temperature, and weight checks.
