Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead on-site in Vancouver, WA. He or she will be joining the consumer R&D group, working on a Windows OS application program. The application that the organization is creating is a consumer-based subscription service product. The QA Lead will lead quality assurance execution for all new solutions and app launches across the product pipeline. This senior individual contributor will be responsible for end-to-end quality planning, validation, and release readiness. On a day-to-day basis, he or she will have the ability to define and maintain QA strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness checkpoints; drive defect triage, deduplication, and root cause analysis, clearly reporting key findings and customer impact; lead internal and external Beta programs, including planning, execution, issue triage, and exit reporting; monitor quality metrics, identify trends and risks, and communicate findings to program leade...
