About this role As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will drive quality outcomes across KrisShop.com's eCommerce experiences (web and related services), spanning the end-to-end customer journey—browse, search, product detail, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, order management, and post-purchase flows.
This role goes beyond traditional testing. You will build a modern, risk-based QA practice that combines automation, observability, and responsible AI usage to increase coverage and speed while maintaining reliability and customer trust. Working hands-on, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and DevOps to define release readiness, embed quality earlier in delivery, and continuously improve how we prevent, detect, and resolve issues.
