Job Description

• Respond to customers’ feedback and complaints and make sure they are properly handled.
• Responsible for process control and product quality, with final say on quality-related matters.
• Investigate the root cause, implement corrective and/or preventive action, and monitor internal finished goods rejections.
• Review, maintain, and update the QMS system's implementation.
