The Quality Assurance Analyst – Hardware & Fleet Integration plays a mission‑critical role at the intersection of hardware execution, software performance, and customer trust. This role ensures that every vehicle installation meets defined standards of Fit, Form, and Function before it is accepted as complete, activated on the platform, and recognised as revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve ≥98% post‑sign‑off installation accuracy within 30 days
• Reduce time‑to‑sign‑off to ≤48 hours within 6 months
• Improve First‑Time Fix Rate by 10‑15% within 12 months
• Complete 100% of assigned audits without delaying onboarding
• Establish a live Quality Dashboard within 90 days
• Conduct Fit, Form & Function installation audits
• Validate telemetry, configuration, firmware, and power stability
