Job Description
Join CGL as a Senior Governance, Reporting & Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on HR compliance and quality assurance in a hybrid working environment. Your expertise will drive operational excellence.
You'll bring 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in payroll operations or HRIS management. This role involves conducting audits, developing quality programs, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success, as you deliver actionable insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Implement Quality Assessments for compliance assurance
β’ Develop HR policy storage and update frameworks
β’ Contribute to the Quality Management Program
β’ Analyze data trends and report metrics
β’ Define data governance standards across HR systems
Requirements:
β’ 2 to 4 years experience in HR departments
