Job Description

Innova Solutions is hiring for a Quality Assurance Administrator for one of the clients.


Title: Quality Assurance Administrator

Location : Des Moines, IA / Chandler, AZ Hybrid 3 days onsite

Job type : Contract /Fulltime

Duration : 6+ Months



In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as complaint handling.
  • Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to meet service requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality assurance processes and standards.
