We are hiring a Quality Analyst – Travel Sales to support a global travel account. Join our team and grow your career in quality and operations!
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback to agents
- Coach and mentor agents to improve performance and compliance
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on quality standards and processes
- Participate in client meetings and teleconferences
- Take ownership of quality issues and escalations
- Plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- At least 2nd-year college completed
- 2–4 years overall experience
- 1–2 years experience in quality monitoring within a call center sales environment
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback
- Experience handling quality issues, escalations, and client communications
