About the Role

You will work within a multi-disciplinary service supporting people with learning disabilities with care and support needs.

The successful candidates for these roles will be responsible for completing Community Deprivation of Liberty (DOL’s) applications to the Court of Protection (COP). 

You will be expected to work with autonomy managing a complex workload.   You will need to work in partnership with our Learning Disability (LD) case management teams, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC)legal department, service providers, GP surgeries, health colleagues, families and advocacy services.

You will be expected to work within tight timescales, prioritise and work with colleagues to ensure evidence for the Dol’s is gathered within the required timescales.
