About the Facility

Bluebell House is a characterful period property located within walking distance of Wokingham town centre, the railway station and local shops. We provide support to older people living with dementia and nursing care for people aged 65 and over who are living with long‑term health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of person‑centred care are delivered at all times by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the care plans.
• Carry out nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
