Key responsibilities

• Lead the QHES strategy at plant level
• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards
• Implement and improve management systems (ISO, audits, etc.)
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Manage internal and external audits
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives
• Assess risks and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with local and international teams
