Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Geotechnical/Structural/Water Resources Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
• Training in QA/QC for Construction Projects
• Certification in Concrete Technology or Materials Testing
• Safety Training (Construction Safety, OSHA or equivalent)
• Dam Safety Training or Hydropower Specialized Courses
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil works construction.
• At least 5 years in dam or hydropower projects
• Experience in concrete dams (gravity/RCC), embankment dams, spillways, tunnels, or powerhouse structures
• Hands‑on experience in inspection, testing, and NCR management
• Experience working with international consultants or FIDIC-based contracts preferred
• Strong understanding of dam engineering and hydro civil structures
