QA/QC INSPECTOR - Building Envelope (Full Time Site Position)

To conduct quality inspections and audits on all TPO roofing and sandwich panel installations in accordance with project specifications, approved method statements, and client quality requirements.

To prepare, maintain, and close out Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all active project sites throughout Malaysia.

To manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including identification, documentation, follow-up, and resolution of quality deficiencies.

To review and verify submittal documents including shop drawings, metrial data sheets, and product approvals to confirm compliance with project specifications prior to submission.

To witness and document material testing, mock-up approvals, and pre-installation inspections in coordination with the client and consultant QA/QC representatives.
