Job Title: QA/QC EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control efforts on a utility-scale solar construction project. This role will work closely with field teams, project management, and subcontractors to ensure all electrical installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Perform quality inspections of electrical installations, including DC/AC wiring systems, combiner boxes, inverters, and switchgear, as well as grounding and bonding systems.
+ Verify construction aligns with engineering drawings, project specifications, and NEC and applicable codes/standards.
+ Support inspection and test plans (ITPs) and documentation processes.
+ Conduct and document pre-installation inspections, in-process inspections, and final acceptance walkdowns.
+ Track and report non-conformance issues (NCRs) and support resolution efforts.
