Job Description: Perform measurement using CMM esp Machining Parts & Critical Sheet metal parts. Proficiency in using of measuring equipment to perform part measurement and good understanding of GD & T. Assist FA Engineer for checking of FA parts which require CMM and Smart scope. Need to write CMM programmed for new parts. Maintain CMM report and/or dimensional report and update Inspection progress status. Ensure part being measured on time and released to manufacturing and need to be involved for any quality issue feedback esp dimensional issue. Liaise with other relevant departments/section for any FA part issue arises and take the necessary actions to resolve issues and implement corrective measures. Monitoring of important measuring dimension as per customer requirement, may need to adopt SPC chart as and when necessary. Follow up on measuring equipment calibration and monitoring the calibration status. Provide training to QC inspectors for new part once released to manufacturing....
