Job Duties:
. Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
. Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
. Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
. Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
. Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
