Job Description
QA Manager-ServiceNow will lead a small group of testers and provide guidance, support and hands-on test management. Significant project/program experience in an enterprise preferred.
- Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
- Develop overall test strategy
- Review and endorse test plan and test report
- Develop UAT Test Cases
- Manage and provide leadership to a group of test professionals in the organization.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders, devise the test objectives, test strategies, and test plans.
- Measure, report and manage defects remediation, progress and test results throughout testing phases.
- Develop and refine test processes, methodologies, disciplines and measurements
