Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the QA Engineers team.
• Handle and update the Process Capability Indices matrix (CPks).
• Direct the efforts and continuous improvement projects for important metrics of the Quality department.
• Manage control plans for critical equipment and machinery for the business.
• Development and implementation of leading indicators (leading indicators) to predict the level of product quality.
• Development and implementation of training plans and certifications required for Quality Engineers and technicians.
• Ensure the use of personal protection equipment and knowledge of basic safety aspects for Quality Engineers and technicians.
• Design and execution of process audits for critical controls such as error-proof devices (Poka Yoke), calibrations, operator certifications, perishable materials, etc.
