Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts and technicians in testing
- Develop, update, and maintain procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Ensure lab upkeep, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting of failures when necessary.
- Oversee daily lab activities, team scheduling, and inventory management to meet quality and operational needs.
- Assist Sales and Production teams in troubleshooting and technical investigations.
- Participate in safety and ISO activities, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience in polymer or plastics testing
- Prior exposure to quality assurance and ISO management
- Team player with good communication skills
