Insight Global is seeking an experienced back-end engineer to join a technical team focused on building automation infrastructure and integrating systems, particularly in networking environments with one of our largest Telecom clients. This person will be responsible for developing Python-based backend services and automation frameworks for routers and switches, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and designing RESTful APIs and microservices for internal and external integrations. The position also involves working with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and analytics, supporting full-stack development in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring backend systems are secure, reliable, and high-performing. Success in this role requires adaptability to evolving technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a deep understanding of proper python syntax.
