Responsibilities:
Work independently and
manage a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers
to support a
Wafer Fab Manufacturing Operation
. Establish common directions and common objectives for the section, assist subordinates in developing knowledge and methodologies for better execution of their duties as well as their career advancement. Manage and drive the equipment engineering team to meet the manufacturing parameter targets and ensure the equipment in high performance level, assuring the products with high quality, high yield, low defect density and low cost. Provide Technical Support: Lead and motivate a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers with clear direction for achieving the company's common goal.
