Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating all purchasing activities to support US Military catering operations. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. The Purchase Coordinator works closely with the planning, logistics, and store teams to ensure operational readiness for mission-driven catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of all catering-related items to prevent shortages or excess stock. Conduct regular checks and manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking.
