Responsibilities

• Ability to source out and negotiate competitive and reliable quality of products to purchase among suppliers.
• Coordination/verification with all the concerned departments as to the purchases in preparation of POs and payments.
• Timely serve the needs of the materials for production.
• Ensure that all the incoming materials are properly accounted for and any discrepancies/damages should be raised immediately to production assistant/general manager.
• Daily update of inventory on the use of consumable materials and tools issued and released to workers.
• Maintaining of stocks/tools in an orderly manner.
• Monthly/Quarterly inventory of stocks/work-in-process of products manufactured.
• Errands for any immediate requirement.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.
• Reporting to Accounting Head and/or to General Manager.
