Job Description
- Placing, tracking, and following up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Researching suppliers, evaluating offers, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Updating internal databases, maintaining records of purchases, invoices, and contracts.
- Providing administrative assistance including data entry and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in business or finance is often preferred.
β’ 2 yrs of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Basic lnowledge of supply chain procedures and market trends
