Our client is an International manufacturing group operating multiple production sites and advanced industrial processes. The business serves global markets and is currently strengthening the procurement function as part of a broader organizational development plan.

The role reports directly to the Italian General Manager and will have full ownership of the procurement function for the Dubai branch, with responsibility for purchasing processes, supplier management, cost control, operational continuity and local team coordination.

The position combines operational accountability with a strategic mandate to strengthen procurement governance, improve supplier base management and align local purchasing practices with the Group’s industrial objectives.
