The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the purchasing function for the hotel, as well as ensure meeting specified guidelines and policies. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing inventorying on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, such as month end inventories and the shipping and receiving of packages.
