Responsibilities

• Daily purchasing activities, including plan and execute materials purchase
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and coordination with suppliers
• Coordinate and follow up closely with suppliers, internal operations and warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery of products in right quantity and quality
• Update and control inventory level
• Assist in export and shipment matters
• Maintain and update purchase documents
• Other duties as assigned from time to time
