Liaise with forwarders on shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs. Monitoring of the arrival of indent orders and sample requests. Maintaining a timetable of shipment arrivals. Broadcasting ETA details (including indent orders &samples) in a shared file. Receiving items into SAP with accurate details. Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declaration.
