You will be reporting to our Head of Procurement to assist the organization on all procurement matters including sourcing of suppliers, conducting quality checks, inventory management and management of in-house ordering system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchases planning, issuing and to prepare purchase orders (PO) for vendors
• Check and prepare all shipping documents required for import/ export shipments
• Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers on purchases and deliveries
• Responsible and manage the in-house system for purchase orders and inventory management
• Participate in suppliers and sub-contractors fronting to attain better pricing, delivery and payment terms
