Ensure on time delivery base on customer requirements
Receive customer orders for tissue and MPP products.
Confirm correct item codes, quantities, and delivery requirements with customers.
Create Sales Orders in the ERP system, coordinate with Planning and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare pick lists, invoices and billing documents.
Ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly attached for Accounts Department or filing
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on order status.
