We are seeking a responsible and proactive Purchasing cum Admin Executive with experience in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, coordination with suppliers and site teams and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. A Valid Class 3 driving license is required to support office related duties.

• Source, negotiate and purchase construction materials, tools and equipment based on site requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Prepare purchase orders, GVN, delivery orders and maintain procurement records
