Job Description
- Responsible in canvassing new suppliers needed by the different department
- Canvass from at least three (3) accredited suppliers the following items:
- Capital assets (furniture, signs, service equipment, tools, office appliance)
- Materials for office maintenance and repairs of facilities and premises
- Supplies and materials for servicing workshop.
- Advertising and printing services
- Other miscellaneous purchases to be used during anniversary, sports fest, outing, Christmas party, etc.
- Evaluates quotations and pricing offered by each supplier and recommends appropriate suppliers to the Purchasing Head for ordering
- Sees to it that all supplies needed are ordered and delivered on time
- Ensures that items are delivered to the recipient / end user of concerned department within the specified date of delivery
- Forwards all approved and canvassed requisitions to the Purchasing Head for P.O. processing...
