Job Description Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors In charge of daily operational purchasing needs, such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities Facilitate stock-take and be responsible for tidying up the inventory stores Suppliers' contacts in China are an added advantage Other ad-hoc projects, when assigned Job Requirement Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry Resourceful, meticulous, with strong vendor management skills Good accounting and cost accounting skills. Excellent communication skills. Commitment and teamwork. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
