KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate invoice processing and payment using SAP and other accounting tools.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to respond inquiries and resolve issues.
• Gain valuable experience by working on special assignments directly with Senior associates (e.g. on finding discrepancies in processes and procedures, producing reports etc.).
• Contribute to revise and document standard operating procedures.
• Assist the Accounts Payable associates with reconciling the AP ledger balances.
• Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
• Sharp eye for details, accurate and precise.
• Good Excel and Word skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
