Job Summary
The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizationβs procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, and maintaining quality standards. The role includes vendor management, contract negotiation, inventory coordination, and compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and order placement
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors as per company standards (including FSSC 22000 compliance where applicable)
