Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator to support the management of our publishing, intellectual property, and fulfillment operations.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, this role will coordinate book and audiobook listings, custom publishing projects, intellectual property administration, royalty tracking, and fulfillment activities across multiple platforms and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product listings across Amazon, Audible, Goodreads, Shopify, company websites, and distribution partners.
• Coordinate book, audiobook, and digital product launches.
• Track royalties, sales performance, reviews, and publishing metrics.
• Maintain copyright, trademark, ISBN, licensing, and publishing records.
