Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are looking for a highly experienced and resourceful Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and execute all government-related processes including visa applications, license renewals, labour and immigration formalities, and regulatory compliance for a group of companies in the construction, engineering, and HR consultancy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Government Relations & Legal Formalities

• Process and manage all visa applications including new employment, renewal and cancellation of visas (residence employment dependent).
• Handle Emirates ID registration, medical testing, and labour contracts via MOHRE.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee and company legal documentation.

Liaison with Government Departments

• Directly coordinate with UAE government departments: GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, DHA, DM, Dubai Polic...
