Our client is a group of companies based in Sharjah, and is looking to hire a Public Relation Officer – Emirati with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Legalization assignments – Translation job, preparation, and submission of invoices in Arabic.
• Process New Visas / Renewals / Cancellations – Work Agreement, Medical, Health Card, Emirates ID, Visa Stamping – (Online / Submission / Collecting) – Non-free zone and Free zone.
• Reporting absconding employees including Online / Submission / Collecting. Should regularly check and review employees outside UAE for more than 6 months for subsequent cancellation of their visa.
• Recording electronic copies of Passports, Work Permits, Emirates IDs, and other Legal / Government documents (non-free zone and Free zone).
• Responsible for checking and collecting letters from Post Box, follow‑up on Passports submitted to the Authorities after renewal.
