Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an attorney with at least five years of transactional experience (public finance preferred) to join the Public Finance group in our Missoula office. This role is well suited for a lawyer who is ready to take on a more central role in a sophisticated public finance practice and who values close collaboration with a senior team that is actively engaged in the long-term growth of the platform. The position offers meaningful involvement across the full lifecycle of public finance transactions, including advising on state and local matters and navigating complex federal and state tax issues.
